Allison Yeh’s current research involves the project of PDT dosimetry in cancer research and integrated detection and ablation of Barrett's esophageal cell lines using the PDT photosensitizer,5-aminolevulinic acid (5-ALA). The research projects involve the use of fluorescence lifetime imaging microscopy, confocal and multiphoton microscopy, and image processing. She is also interested in other microscopic applications and computational design preferably with a focus on the applications of molecular probes, in vivo imaging, and machine learning.
