The Main goal for Summer 2011 is to test all the kinase inhibitors by analysing their images. Following are the tasks:

     Test most kinase inhibitors, approximately 190.
     Prepare Dose response curve with MBF Classifier.
     Analyze the result and the output.
     Preparation for the commitee meeting.

Time required:

     Testing the kinase inhibitors and analyzing the dose response curve are simultaneous tasks which will require most 
     of the Summer.  Results and output would be the conclusive part of the research.
