The Main goal for Summer 2011 is to test all the kinase inhibitors by analysing their images. Following are the tasks: 

     Test most kinase inhibitors, approximately 190.
     Prepare Dose response curve with MBF Classifier.
     Analyze the result and the output.
     Preparation for the commitee meeting.

7 / 1 - 7 / 30:
Analyze another set of kinase inhibitors experimetn 2

  • Analyze the data and observe through MBF classifier
  • Compare with experimant 1 kinase inhinbitor.


August

Finishing up the experiment with most Kinase inhibitors and preparing for rthe committee meeting due on Spetember first week.
