- How do I setup the FAQ tool in Avenue to Learn?
Avenue Specifics
We don't see this tool being used very often at McMaster, however, it can be helpful especially in large classes if you want to avoid students e-mailing you the same question multiple times. You can use this tool to provide information about your course, method of contacting you, and other expectations you have from the students.
Effective Pedagogical Practices
For questions or concerns, Avenue support is available from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM at (905) 525-9140 ext. 22911 or email support.avenue@cll.mcmaster.ca.
