We aim to develop wearable and ambient sensing device technologies and personalized AI/ML algorithms for continuous, longitudinal assessment of older adults' health conditions during their daily living activities (ADL).  Such longitudinal health dataset will enable early detection and personalized management of chronic and neurodegenerative diseases. In collaboration with researchers in the National Research Council and stakeholders in aging research (e.g., clinicians, nurses, caregivers, and older adults), we are developing a technology that integrates sensing systems for mobility, nutrition, and rehabilitation at home.  This project is built on existing technology developments in each one of the above modules and focuses on software integration and clinical validation study.
