Summer BBQ Saturday 8/13

  • You may park on the driveway or on the street.
  • Please bring lawn/beach chairs for yourselves or you may risk sitting on grass!
  • The "Forecast" says that it's going to be sunny and warm. We have a big tree in the backyard so you will be under the shade most of the time.
  • You may need bug repellent.
  • RSVP to Qiyin is required.

Place

  • Qiyin's place in Grimsby
  • Grimsby is off either Exit 74 or Exit 71 on QEW. It is about 30 minutes drive from Burlington/Hamilton (w/o traffic).

Date & Time

Saturday August 13, BBQ will be served around 5-6 pm.
You can arrive after 2pm (I'll be away in the morning). QEW to Niagara may be VERY BUSY between 10am - 2pm during the weekend.
Considering an excursion to Niagara in the morning and come back to the BBQ in the afternoon.

Food choices:

  • Hamburg (beef) and hot dogs will be served.
  • Vegetarian options: Cold Chinese noodles
  • Ice Tea, coffee, and water. There should be plenty of ice.
  • Bring your own drinks (the amount for yourself and your own guests) if you prefer something else.
  • You do NOT need to bring anything. There should be plenty of food.
  • If you decide to bring a “pot luck” item. Please put it next to your name below so we won't end up with 10 cakes. It will be great it's something you made.
  • If you and/or your guests are on a special diet, please e-mail Qiyin.
