Ye Yuan is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Biophotonics Research Lab. His current research interests include optical instrumentation and the application of optics (i.e. fluorescence) in biology and medicine. Dr. Yuan's prospective goal is to advance his research in the application of optics in biotechnology, more specifically, to find new approaches for cancer detection.
