The main goal of the research is to identify a suitable staining procedure and an optimal parallel image processing techniques which will be able to classify different kinase inhibitors from treated cells.  The project will require three different phases: i) identifying an appropriate dye that provides sufficient information, ii) identifying optimal parallel image processing tool to extract information iii) distinguishing the Kinase inhibitors.
