RESEARCH INTERESTS

My research interests focus in the development of optical devices for intraoperative surgery, including:

  • (1) Diffuse spectroscopy and fluorescence spectroscopy for optical biopsy of brain tumor (GBM) and breast tumor (IDC)
  • (2) Spectral imaging of vascular (with Monte Carlo simulations and vascular phantoms models)
  • (3) Optical properties measurement (with Monte Carlo simulations, neural networks, and optimized fitting algorithms)
