Lab Safety Information (ETB 431)
In Case of Emergency
1. Notify the supervisor immediately if they are in the vicinity.
2. Dial 88 or 911 (direct line).
Note: Be sure to mention to the operator the room number (ETB 431) first.
Please note that our lab phone is a direct line, so you can dial “911” directly but not “88” directly.
First Aid Kit is located on the top right shelf on the full-length wall shelving unit.

- WHMIS (core) is usually included in new student/staff orientation by Engineering Physics at the beginning of the term (Fall, Spring, Summer).
- Many of the courses are available online at the EOHSS Training and Biosafety Training pages.
- Everyone is required to list their safety training record in their own personal profile page. Please use the above table as a template.
