Allan Christopher Rodrigues Barboza is a visiting PhD student from the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE), Brazil.

He graduated in Physics from the Federal Institute of Education, Science, and Technology (IFPE) in 2020. In 2023, he obtained a Master's degree in Engineering Physics from the Federal Rural University of Pernambuco (UFRPE). He is currently a PhD student in the Electrical Engineering program at the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE). He has experience in atomic physics and photonic systems integrated with machine learning, and is currently working on the development of photonic devices for biomedical applications and imaging systems.
