We are organizing a registration group with 15% discount for full registration fees, i.e. student registrations will not be discounted but still counts in the group in order to meet the minimal number of people to qualify as a group. \\ 

Please do the following: 
  * E-mail Qiyin (qiyin@mcmaster.ca) indicate you will be in the group; 
  * Fill out a [[http://spie.org/Documents/ConferencesExhibitions/PW11-Registration-Form.pdf|paper registration form ]]; 
  * If you pay regular amount, (e.g. write down $527 for the non-member $620), if you pay student registration fee, use the indicated amount ($275 or $295); 
  * Pay by check or credit card. We will work with Pauline try to arrange a check request for most people. 
  * Advanced registration deadline is Jan. 10.
