Createda molecular dynamics simulation to shed led on the motility of bacteria that use type 4 pili to move around surfaces

**Locating Lambda and Bregma of Rodent Skulls via Ultrasound Imaging**: Researcher at Sunnybrook Hospital 2016\\
Developed an ultrasound imaging methodology to locate rodent skull sutures and implemented it in a focused ultrasound benchtop system (RK50)

**Assessing the Prognostic Value of Gene Signatures** Researcher at the Princess Margaret Cancer Center 2016\\
Developed the metaGx software package in R to determine the prognostic value of ovarian and breast cancer gene signatures in patients

**Drug Re-purposing through the CMAP and L1000 databases** Researcher at the Princess Margaret Cancer Center 2016\\
Created the cmapBox software package in R to determine the optimal choice of previously approved FDA drugs in CMAP and L1000 to combat various cancer cell lines
