My research interests focus on optical diagnosis and radiation therapy, including: 

  *(1) Biopsy of brain tumor (GBM) and breast tumor (IDC) using optical spectroscopy techniques
  *(2) Spectral imaging of vascular structure (with Monte Carlo simulations and vascular phantoms models)
  *(3) Deep inspiration breath hold (DIBH) and radiation treatment
