[Array] DokuWiki is a standards compliant, simple to use wp>Wiki, mainly aimed at creating documentation of any kind. It is targeted at developer teams, workgroups and small companies. It has a simple but powerful syntax which makes sure the datafiles remain readable outside the Wiki and eases the creation of structured texts. All data is stored in plain text files -- no database is required.

An orphaned page is one that exists, but has no links to it in the wiki.

Some of the orphans above are normal/expected; for example, pages in the “tags” namespace are special pages, as are the “navigation” (menu at left) and “start” (home) pages.

Box

More flexible than the <code> </code> and <file> </file> markup, the <box> </box> tags can let you create plain square boxes, boxes with rounded corners, in different colours, with floating positions, titles, and captions. The best part: some DokuWiki markup is permitted inside the box.<a href="/TAN/wiki:start#" title="Th…

Subscribing to the wiki is straightforward and fairly easy to do. At the bottom of every page is a button labeled “RSS XML FEED”. Clicking on this loads “feed.php” which generates a list of recently updated documents on the wiki. By default, the feed format is RSS 1.0. One can then subscribe to the page that is loaded to be informed of updates to the wiki.

How the feed is generated can be influenced through various URL parameters.
